A fourth case of Legionnaires’ disease since Feb. 12 was confirmed at the Illinois Veterans Home in Quincy (IVHQ) after a positive laboratory testing, according to the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and the Illinois Department of Veterans’ Affair (IDVA).
